The Explorers are finally back from the dead after winning three straight games. Umass was served up by Doctor G Money 65-44 at the Mullins Center. They might not be NCAA material but one could only hope for the NIT....

If there is a team thats going to beat the crap out of Nova, I'm pretty sure it will be the Uconn Huskies on Monday night. I hope all you Villanova fans have to watch your team get punished worse than the Philadelphia Eagles.

Philadelphia Eagles Vs. Temple Owls: Suck Bowl 2/6/05

Eagles to play the Owls in a Battle of Philadelphia Football Powerhouses. Lines on the game are even as no one has handicapped the game. According to one of the Vegas Casino gaming professionals, " We are better off putting lines on the "Special Olympics" than saying who will win this one. This game will be shown on CN8, but rumor has it that the game will be pulled due to lack of interest in the Owls, Eagles, and Philadelphia football in general..

Bob Belicheck Named New Head Coach for Temple Football

Bob Belicheck of Northeast Philly has been called to replace Coach Golden. Bob currently runs a hot dog stand on Broad Street. We recently had a chance to talk with Bob about his football background. Bob stated, "I really don't have any knowledge about the game of football. In my frat years, I played a little drunken flag football, but thats about it. You apparently don't have to know anything if you want to coach Temple. Come on, they have 30,000 students and went 0-11 for the season." I guess anyone can apply for that job. Best of luck to you Bob...... Thats all folks..
